Early in my career, back in my beloved hometown of Detroit, I freelanced for a number of publications - most consistently, Big Idea, Diesel Today and Wheel Time.
Big Idea covered the creative arts industry news in Detroit, Chicago, and Minneapolis. Diesel Today and Wheel Time were published by Detroit Diesel and covered regional automotive news.
The stories I wrote for both publications were about fascinating people doing fascinating work.
